J & J Door Inc. was founded in September, 1989 by John Sklarek, Sr and Don Warner.The business started in a small building rented in Sandusky, OH on 52nd St. Specializing in residential and commercial garage door and opener replacement, installations and service. In 1990 John Sklarek, Sr’s son , John Sklarek, Jr., joined the company. Ove rthe years we have expanded the business ti include installation of seamless gutters and gutter guards, entry doors and storm doors.
In 2001, the business was handed over to John Sklarek, Jr. With an expanding business, in April 2003, the company purchased a building and 1.8 acres of land for future expansion. Located at 3320 Cleveland rd W., Huron, OH, we currently have 2000 square feet warehouse and show room. Plans are in the works to add an additional 3200 square feet of warehouse space.
